Idea Partnership of Utah, LLC.(“SpamBusters,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) provides the SpamBusters mobile app (the “App”) to help users report and pursue action against robocallers and spammers. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and complying with applicable laws and regulations related to data protection and privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from users of the App in the United States.

By downloading and using the App, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not download or use the App.

You have the right to request that we correct inaccuracies in your personal information that we collected about you. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable request, we will correct any inaccuracies in your personal information.

7.3 Right to Deletion

You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.

7.4 Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to have us transmit that data to another controller, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable request, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

7.5 Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your VCDPA rights.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we may notify you by email or through the app. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Disclosure of Personal Information

SpamBusters may disclose your personal information for the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy, to service providers and third-party partners that assist us in delivering our Services, such as payment processing, data analytics, customer support, and marketing. These service providers and partners may have access to your personal information in order to perform their services, but they are prohibited from using your personal information for any other purposes.

SpamBusters may also disclose your personal information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law, legal process, or government request; (b) protect the rights, property, or safety of SpamBusters, our users, or others; or (c) enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), residents of California and Virginia have the right to know what personal information we collect about them, to request the deletion of their personal information, and to opt out of the sale of their personal information. We do not sell personal information, as defined under the CCPA and VCDPA, to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
